Abstract
As the region’s leader in behavioral health innovation, Montgomery County ADAMHS (Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services) is committed to finding solutions for systemic inequities. In August 2020, we established the ADAMHS Health Equity Council. Our presentation will dive into the application of cultural humility and our lessons learned, hoping to inspire change in everyday practices to expand the commitment and investment toward equity. We will engage the audience on how to begin moving toward a more just community, creating space to hear diverse voices, leading to a more equitable Dayton for all.
