Leadership UD launched in September 2000. Its purpose: to develop leadership capabilities and a leadership mindset among high-interest and high-potential University of Dayton employees, regardless of their career path. Its content and objectives were shaped by the University's Marianist values of discipleship of equals and preparation for adaptation and change.
