Abstract
The Brain Health Collective (BHC) represents a collaborative initiative designed to bridge the gap between academic research, clinical practice, and community-based support for individuals with brain injuries and other neurological challenges. This poster provides an overview of the BHC's mission to foster interdisciplinary partnerships that address the complex biological, psychological, and social factors influencing brain health across the lifespan.
By integrating resources from fields such as education, behavioral health, health sciences, and rehabilitation, the BHC aims to develop evidence-based interventions, educational outreach programs, community advocacy, and an improved continuum of care.
Through these efforts, the BHC seeks to establish a sustainable model for community wellness that empowers individuals to take proactive steps in managing their neurological health.
