DOC 2020-09 was developed to ensure that each of the three standing committees of the Academic Senate (Academic Policies Committee, Faculty Affairs Committee and Student Academic Policies Committee and the Executive Committee of the Academic Senate) had three full-time non-tenure-track faculty (including one full-time non-tenure-track faculty member representative and two full-time non-tenure-track guests). With the amendment of the Constitution of the Academic Senate to add an additional two full-time non-tenure-track faculty members to the Senate, DOC 2020-09 is no longer needed.
