The Academic Policies Committee recently completed their consultation process and shared with the proposers their findings regarding the proposal to revise the Social Sciences CAP (SS-CAP) requirement. In this document we summarize the original rationale for proposing a revision to the SS-CAP requirement, present the original proposal, summarize the APC’s findings from consultation, and present a revised proposal that addresses the concerns raised through the consultation process.
