Description
Plastic doll is wearing a habit worn by the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament (originally called the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament for Indians and Colored People), established in 1891 by Saint Katherine Drexel to perform missionary work to Native Americans and African Americans. The doll is wearing a black dress, black scapular, white wimple, and black veil. A white cord belt is tied around the doll's waist, from which hangs a black rosary. A crucifix hangs from a cord around the doll's neck.
