In my poster, I am conveying the different time periods during the two pandemics. Instead of a split page highlighting how different the two pandemics were, I approached this project in terms of how they influenced each other. The circular and round aspect to my project shows a timeline, or clock, allowing the viewer's eye to follow the two pandemics as they heavily influenced the nation. As we are still going through the motions of COVID-19, we must look back and remember that in 1918, they won against the spread of the influenza.
This poster can be looked at as somewhat inspirational as well, knowing that we can win against COVID-19 with all the resources we now have.
