Why the honoree chose the book
My love affair with reading and writing truly began when my third grade teacher read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone to the class. It then became the first book I taught at UD as a graduate teaching assistant, during which time I fell in love with teaching. Harry and his friends will always hold a special place in my heart.
