Why the honoree chose the book
When I started at UD, my life changed from long days at the hospital running up and down the stairs to see patients and help with surgeries to long days in my office on my computer. I also was getting older, and my body was changing. This is a wonderful book designed for women with data-driven information on strategies specifically designed for female hormonal shift and how changing daily habits can help you age powerfully.
