Abstract
These brief remarks will not be a "response" to Dr. Naseer Aruri's presentation: a response usually implies a significant disagreement. I am in agreement with Dr. Aruri in thinking that the Palestinians were driven from their homes unjustly, and that they are now entitled to a homeland of their own. But I am much less optimistic about the role that the United Nations can play in this matter.
