Abstract
Literature in the Industrial Age is the title of this comprehensive and interesting exhibition being opened here today in Marbach. I am pleased to have been invited to present the inaugural address. I have entitled it "Technology, A Problem For Humanity." First of all, let me elucidate the interrelation of the two titles, i.e., that of this exhibition and that of my address.
