Abstract
Joseph Dieska, Ph.D. is a Professor of philosophy at University of Dayton; holds degrees in philosophy and psychology from the Slovak State University (1940); studied at the University of Vienna and at the Institut Catholic de Paris; worked with Professor N. O. Lossky during World War II and has translated some of Lossky's philosophical works from Russian into Slovak; published several books on psychology and philosophy; is the author of many major studies and minor philosophical articles. His article on Teilhard de Chardin is a summary of a major work, The Philosophical Impact of Teilhard de Chardin, which will be published in the near future.
