Abstract
U.S. Army Lt. Col. Paul J. Rizzo was born in Brooklyn, N.Y.; graduated from City College of New York with a B.A. degree; commissioned in the Army through R.O.T.C.; a Regular Army Officer (Infantry) for 14 years; served overseas in Japan, Korea, and Germany; served on the U.D. faculty as Assistant Professor of Military Science from 1961-65; received M.A. Degree in History from U.D. in 1965; served at Quartermaster Officer Candidate School at Fort Lee, Va.; completed assignment to U.S. Army Headquarters, Vietnam, to command a Military History Detachment; recently promoted to Lieutenant Colonel; at present assigned to Armed Forces and Examining Stations Operations of the Recruiting Command.
