The Knights of Lithuania is a Catholic fraternal organization for men and women of Lithuanian descent in the United States. It began as a youth organization in 1913 and eventually developed into an organization for Lithuanian-Americans of all ages.
This gallery contains digital versions of the organization's Vytis newsletter, which launched in 1915. Early issues were all in Lithuanian; English begins appearing in the middle of the 20th century.
The Knights of Lithuania organization is independent and is not affiliated with the University of Dayton. Opinions expressed in the newsletter are those of the authors.
