Why the honoree chose the book

This book revealed to me the overlay between the characterization of human movement and what aspects could truly be quantified. The study of human movement is inherently difficult for a variety of reasons. This book was the first I had encountered that made me believe and understand, as an aspiring clinician-scientist, that the study of human movement could be done well.
