Writing Process
I did as much research as I could before I ever began to write. Scholarly sources around my topic were more difficult to find then I anticipated as the Catholic Church's teachings about suicide have been changing in recent years. Being such a controversial and changing topic, I wanted to give as much respect and justice to the victims and their loved ones. I took about a week to write the preliminary paper, and another week to edit.
